I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms are spacious with lovely views, although I encountered a leak in the bathroom causing a minor flood on the carpet. On the positive side, the rooms are very clean and well-kept. The service was excellent with staff being particularly patient and helpful, especially when managing the shuttle service. The location was convenient for my activities in Wauwatosa and getting to Froedert. However, I found the dining experience mediocre, and the complimentary items were underwhelming compared to other options in the area.
